  To begin with I received lovely service offered a drink etc...
  Tu did my nails, but started to find that my treatment was feeling rushed as a few additional customers came through the door. It wasnt the greatest feeling as it was my firsr time.
  I noticed an air bubble in one of my nails which I told Tu about, and noticed her frustration to correct it.
  Got home and realised my nails looked a lot more noticeably bulky, after having a shellac treatment. I generally wanted to give Tu feedback so rang the shop to state my disappointment.
  Her attitude was really shocking, she said she would correct one or two but not prepared to repaint all nails, not that I was asking for this, but it would have been nice. Her attitude became increasingly worse, and practically hung up on me.
  Not the greatest experience at all!
